Mission statement:	To realise, promote and teach the existence of God and the divine spiritual essence of human beings, through Spiritual Universalism as the means. To become aware of the natural fraternity among the members of the human family, and to educe an attitude of respect towards the different religious beliefs, races, customs, etc., as well as towards all living beings. To cultivate the study of religions, sciences, arts and philosophies that lead to the spiritual elevation of human beings. To publish mankind main spiritual scriptures.

Organizational structure:	National Direction Board at it`s Main House at Buenos Aires, and local boards on each of it´s 25 regional houses.
Number and type of members:	3000 members: 100 Philosophy Teachers; 130 Yoga and meditation Teachers,; 400 voluntiers and 2370 students from diferent levels.
Funding structure:	Membership fees or dues Donations and grants from domestic sources
