    Organizational structure: We are a US-based non-profit with a board of trustees, who have fiduciary responsibility and oversee the CEO. Staff is led by a professional CEO. Staff works to create programs and awareness initiatives to address gender-based violence, build access to economic security, and advance women's leadership.
    Number and type of members: Some chapter members remain from our original organizational structure as B'nai B'rith Women. Otherwise, we have supporters and donors - approx. 100,000, including networks for young women in 10 cities across the US
