Mission statement:	China Energy Fund Committee (CEFC) is a nongovernmental, nonpartisan, not-for-profit, Chinese think-tank registered in Hong Kong. We aim to promote international cooperation and mutual respect through public diplomacy. We believe an enhanced understanding of one another’s historic legacy and cultural values would lead to a more accurate interpretation of our respective actions.
