Name: Eunhee Jung Title: Director/President/CEO Qualifications: Ph.D. in Instructional Technology Duties: As executive director, responsible for imparting the vision of the organization, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization and public relations. As president, responsible for scheduling and organizing activities and services, analyzing operating statements, authorizing operational expenses. Builds global collaboration with other NGOs and international organizations; Establishes network of schools and districts and ministries of education around the world; Implements the intercultural virtual exchange programs of classroom activities into schools; Provides teacher professional development courses and instructional and technological support for teachers. 2. Name: Kanishka Balasuriya Title: Director/Vice President Qualifications: Ph.D. in Public Policy Duties: As director, responsible for imparting the vision of the organization, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization and public relations. As vice president, responsible for general oversight of the operations of the organization; assists the president and performs all duties of the president when required. Writes and reviews grant proposals and project descriptions; Responsible for strategic partnership building. 3. Name: Matthew Walters Title: Director/Secretary Qualifications: M.A. in International Affairs Duties: As director, responsible for imparting the vision of the organization, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization and public relations. As secretary shall assure that a thorough and complete record of all meetings and meeting minutes be recorded and maintained. The secretary shall submit such reports to the board of directors. Responsible for research and development in using IVECA web platform for intercultural communication, review of project plan development, as well as for reaching out to schools in South-East Asian countries. 4. Name: Zhen Wu Title: Associate/Treasurer/Research Qualifications: Ph.D. Instructional Technology Duties: As an associate, responsible for imparting the vision of the organization, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization and public relations. As treasurer, responsible for financial management and accounting as well as for organizing fundraisers. Handles post mails and bookkeeping; Reviews the curriculum and instruction design of international exchange programs.
