    Organizational structure: General Body of members Elect the executive committee of 12 members Executive members elect the 3 office bearers -President, Secretary & Treasurer Secretary is the executive head. The Secretary is supported by the Director Programs, Director Development and Administration and Finance Manager for the overall operations of the organization. The Director Programs looks after the structured implementation of projects and programs. The Director Development and Administration structures, plans and prepares administrative procedures, human resources, prepares proposals, retains MIS and databases and looks after various compliance factors of the organization. This post also looks over the research and documentation in the organization. The Finance Manager takes care of finance and accounting under the leadership of Secretary and Treasurer. Sometimes subcommittees are formed under the leadership of nominated Executive Committee member to help the Secretary in policy formulation and operational efficiency and expediency. For the implementation of different activities various professionals and field level functionaries are employed for projects, programs and designated research and development activities.
    Number and type of members: 56 members in General Body. 15 life members. Rest are annual members.
