Access Now is a non-profit public benefit corporation recognized in the United States as a charitable and educational 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization. The organization is led by a Board of Directors. The organization is then managed by an Executive Director who oversees team members across programmatic arms, with each arm being led by a Director. Additionally, the Director of Operations works in support of the Executive Director and with the Directors of each arm to implement programs. |

Access Now does not have a formal membership structure, nor does it charge fees for membership. Access Now works closely with other organizations on a number of projects and maintains an email list of people who support digital rights issues, follow the activities of the organization, and participate in advocacy activities. |
