    Organizational structure: tHE BRC has a four-level organisational structure: 1. Local associations - 2 730; 2. Municipal branches - 269; 3. Regional, resp. Metropolitan level - 28 regional organisations 4. National level The General Assembly is the Supreme organ of BRC. The National Council is the main executive and ruling body. Its members /13 at the moment/ are elected every four years by the General Assembly. The BRC has full-time staff at national and regional level, which forms an administrative-executive body - the Secretariat.
