    Organizational structure: CCDS is incorporated under the Corporations Act in Manitoba, Canada. CCDS has tax-exempt and charitable status through the Canada Revenue Agency.CCDS is co-managed by the Board of Directors and the Executive Director.
    Number and type of members: In 2014-15, CCDS had 12 members. All members were from Canada. Non-Canadian residents are eligible to become members. CCDS also has one honourary member. Honourary members are not required to pay membership dues for their lifetime have all the entitlements of general membership.
