    Organizational structure: The Governing Board consists of 9 members; 1 Chair, 1 Secretary/ Vice-Chair, 1 Treasurer and 5 members with 3 advisory seats. The secretariat led by Chief Executive officer, Regional Director for Development Policy; Policy Analyst, advocacy and Awarenessr,Program Director: Partnerships, Resource Mobilization & Capacity Building,Program Manager; Entrepreneurship Development & Gender Adviser, Program Coordinators coordinating activities in the projects, Chief Finance Officer, Administration officer, ICT Officer , civic educators and other volunteers engaged and responsible for the implementation of programs including Health, Economic empowerment & Capacity Building, Environmental conservation and Climate Change, Water, Food security and Sanitation, Governance and Human rights and most focus on sustainable development goals addressing poverty ,diseases and environmental justice.
    Number and type of members: Nine board members and a secretariat of 12 with more project related volunteers. Most of our staff are volunteers as we are yet to secure adequate support particularly financial .When we have active project we have increase our number .
