Organizational structure: |
The Foundation is a Non-Governmental Organization, and has the status of public trust and exempt from duty by the Turkish Cabinet decision. It has three Boards within the scope of its organizational structure; - Board of Trustees that is the highest decision-making body of the Foundation. - Board of Directors that carries out actions in line with the Foundation’s goals and services - Board of Auditors that is assigned and authorized to be responsible for financial and legal matters, shall conduct internal audits of the Foundation. |
Number and type of members: |
the Foundation has members basis on Board membership. - Members of the Board of Trustees are composed of founding members and elected members around 20. The number of members of the Board of Trustees shall not exceed 40. - Members of Board of Directors are composed of seven (7) full and three (3) substitute members elected among the members of the Board of Trustees for a period of (2) years. - Members of Board of Auditors are compesed three (3) full and two (2) substitute auditors elected from both within and outside the membership of the Board of Trustees for a period of two years. |
