| Description of the membership of the organization, indicating the total number of members: | the Foundation has 27 members, and each member is assigned in a board like ‘Board of Trustees’ or ‘Board of Directors’ or ‘Board of Auditors’. - Members of the Board of Trustees are composed of founding members and elected members around 20. The number of members of the Board of Trustees shall not exceed 40. - Members of Board of Directors are composed of seven (7) full and three (3) substitute members elected among the members of the Board of Trustees for a period of (2) years. - Members of Board of Auditors are compesed three (3) full and two (2) substitute auditors elected from both within and outside the membership of the Board of Trustees for a period of two years. |
