    Organizational structure: Has an executive committee and inspection board selected among shareholders who volunteerily assigned. General secretary is the person who is the connection point between executive committee and programme or project managers. Managers or coordinators of programmes or projects are given full authorisation in administrative and financial tasks keeping in mind the cooperatives rules, procedures and mission statement, and communicates all work flows with general secretary.
