Organizational structure: Accountable Impact is organized exclusively for charitable, educational, or scientific purposes under section 501 (c) (3) of the United States Internal Revenue Code and is registered in the State of Florida as a not-for-profit corporation. The organization’s Board of Directors consists of four board members, each member holds an officer position. The Board of Directors serves as fiduciary and governance bodies and the Bylaws serve as the organization’s internal operating rules. The Board of Directors is diverse in ethnicity, gender, age, and professional backgrounds and are multilingual and multicultural. The Founder and CEO oversees the executive management of the organization and staff, the design of programs and initiatives to advance the mission of the organization. The Board of Directors provides strategic guidance and fiduciary responsibilities. Staff members support the implementation of programs at the local level.
Number and type of members: Accountable Impact has over 50 community partners throughout South Florida. The organization joins national and international networks that advances the 2030 Agenda and localizes the SDGs.
