    Organizational structure: 501 c(3) non-profit corporation. Board of directors appointed by member communions of the General Assembly of the National Council of the Churches of Christ in the USA. Regional offices in Europe, Latin America, Africa and Asia are supervised from the main office in New York. Work is organized by four quadrants: Global Strategies and Programs; Office of Executive Director/Relationships and Witness; Funds Development and Marketing; Finance and Operations.
