Organizational structure: |
The General Assembly approves annual accounts, board appointments, strategic plan and broad policies. The Board of Directors controls ACORD’s work and is accountable to the Assembly. The senior management team is responsible for day-to-day management and is accountable to the Board. The decentralized country offices are accountable to the ACORD Secretariat, which is structured in four divisions: programming, finance, partnership, funding and communication, and Human Resources management & administration. |
