    Organizational structure: (A) General assembly of the Board of Trustees (25 members): The highest decision making discipline in RRGC. They main responsibility is strategic planning. They serve for a period of 2 years. (a.1)The members shall act in the assemblies honorary. (a.2) The board of Trustees may appoint some persons as the honorary members to the board of trustees upon the voting of two thirds of its members. (a.3) Any of the members to the board of trustees shall appoint, in their lifetime, a qualified person to act on behalf of him/her as a member to the board of trustees after his/her death or resignation. The appointed person should be admitted by at least three fourth of the members of board of trustees and anyone appointed so should appoint a successor to keep the performing of the duties under the articles of association on. (a.4) If any member fails to appoint a successor in his/her lifetime or rejects to go on his/her cooperation, the board of trustees shall appoint a qualified person out of the candidates and upon three fourth votes of the members for him/her and the newly appointed shall act as a successor. The board of trustees shall convene ordinary general assembly twice a year in July and March and it shall come to session upon the attendance of half plus one of members and ratification of any matter shall be subject to approval of the majority of members. The members shall be invited to attend the assemblies in written and they will be served of the dates, at least 15 days beforehand. If the quorum is not reached, the second assembly shall be convened 15 days later and it shall come to session by any number of the attending members. (B) Board of directors (7 members): Board of directors is in charge of making executive and practical decisions. The members of Board of directors are selected form the members of Board of Trustees for a period of 2 years. (C) Inspectors: The board of trustees shall appoint a person principle inspector and another person alternate inspector for one year. (D) Managing Director is selected by board of directors and is in charge of implementing the strategic and executive plan. Executive director could be a board member or selected from outside of RRCG. The head of departments are working under supervision of executive director.
    Number and type of members: RRGC is working with over 16,000 people all from Iran. Including: Clients (people with disabilities who benefit from our training) : Over 7000 individuals Individual donors (they pay membership fee and RRGC are in touch with them through sending the monthly newsletter and invitation to the events): over 6000 individuals Alumnus who gain a job: 2500 individuals Students at RAAD’s Schools of Applied Sciences: 700 individuals Women volunteer group: 150 individuals Youth volunteer group: 400 individuals Staff at RAAD’s Schools of Applied Sciences: 19 individuals RRGc’s staff: 30 individuals Trainers and instructors: 23 individuals
