Organizational structure: Dr Interested runs through a youth led structure that keeps everything organized but still energetic and collaborative. The Executive Director guides the overall vision and operations. The Deputy Executive Director supports that work and helps manage major projects. Directors and Deputy Directors lead key portfolios like events, outreach, research, partnerships and communications. Head Coordinators and Coordinators handle day to day planning and deliver programs across different regions and teams. Members make up the wider community and take part in events, workshops, research competitions and volunteer projects. This structure keeps leadership clear while giving young people real space to contribute and grow.
