    Organizational structure: A global network of community volunteers. Rotary has a 19-member Board of Directors representing 38 zones, 530 districts and 32,000 clubs around the world. The Rotary Foundation has 15 Trustees.
    Number and type of members: Rotary has 32,000 clubs in 200 countries and geographical areas. Rotary members are business, professional and community leaders who volunteer their time and talent to improve their local and global communities.
