    Organizational structure: Affiliate has its own Board of Directors, with AAII’s President serving as its Chairman. The primary responsibility of each Board is to determine the policies and practices of the Affiliate in keeping with the moral and ethical teachings of Islam and to assure the fiscal accountability of the organization.
