    Organizational structure: Leading body of the organization is achieved by a co-presidential structure elected by the vote of the General Assembly for a period of 4 years. The General Assembly also names, based on their skills, the Executive Director and also certifies of the leading Council which is responsible for evaluating the activities and the expenses at the end of each year and every time necessary.The financial management of the project usually includes the financial audit made by specialised independent audit companies.
    Number and type of members: 21 permanent members from constitution, independent persons without of romanian political parties. The professional training of management team(in internal law, philosophy, economic sciences, sociology, philology, human rights compared law and humanitarian law, refugee law, jurisprudence of the European of Human Rights was completed in Romanian universities, Council of Europe, Institute "Rene Cassin" in Strasbourg, training session in Geneva on the mechanism of the UNHCHR.
