    Organizational structure: The supreme governing body of the Foundation is its Conference.The Conference of Foundation members is convened by decision of the Foundation Board once every five years. Fund activities in the intervening period are managed by the Board of the RPF. The delegates of the Conference are elected by its structural units in quantity decided by the Board of the RPF. The Board elects the President, vice-presidents and forms the Trustee Council of the Foundation as well as ad hoc committees, councils, commissions,centers and working groups for concrete projects of the Foundation. The President organizes the work of the Board. He manages the Foundations property and financial means in a limits fixed by the Board and the Law of Russian Federation, forms the working stuff and directs its work. Nowadays the RPF branches are active in 57 regions of the Russian Federation. It has representatives in the USA, Canada, Germany, branch in Bulgaria.
    Number and type of members: The elected RPF Board now consists of 39 members, including many heads of the RPF regional branches. The elected chair of the RPF Board is Mr Leonid Slutsky - MP, Doctor of Economic Sciences; First vice-presidents of the RPF Board Chair: Ms Yelena Sutormina - public figure, member of the Social Council with responsibility for publication of the Orthodox Christian Encyclopaedia; Mr Zurab Tsereteli - sculptor, President of the Russian Academy of Arts; Vice-presidents of the Board are: Mr Andrei Dementiev - poet, USSR State Prize winner; Mr Igor Panfilov - UNESCO professor, Chair of the Board of Directors of JSC "Mejdunarodnaia Kniga"; Members of the RPF Board: Kirill - Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia; Mufti Ravil Gainutdin - Chairman of the Ecclesiastical Board of Muslims of European Russia, chairman of the Council of Muftis of Russia; Mr Adolf Shaevich - Chief Rabbi of Russia; Mr Sergei Abakumov, chair of the Executive Board of the Civic Society Organization and of the Public Recognition Foundation, member of the Russian Social Chamber; Ms Alla Gryaznova, Rector of the Financial Academy; Mr Vladimir Danilov - director of international programs of Stavropol division of the RPF; Ms Larisa Dolina - the singer, the deserved artist of Russian Federation; Ms Zoya Kozlova - President of the regional RPF division in the city of Perm; Mr Vitaly Kostomarov - President of the International Association of Teachers of Russian Language and Literature; Ms Evgeniya Rempel - the teacher (Germany); Mr Sergei Kravets - head of the Orthodox Christian Encyclopaedia project; Mr Anatoly Torkunov, Rector of the Institute of International Affairs, Doctor of Political Sciences; Mr Anatoly Salutsky, writer, member of the Russian Language Academy; Mr Aleksandr Sokolov - President of the regional RPF division in the Republic of Komi; Mr Mikhail Titarenko - academician, director of the Institute of the Far East; Mr Encho Moskov – President of the Russofiles national movement (Bulgaria).
