EXCO is responsible for policy decisions within the organizations. - Chief Executive Officer; who is selected and recruited by EXCO and is responsible for implementing the policies approved by EXCO and is in charge of the approved Annual Work Plan and Budget. - Programme and Finance Mangers - Programme and Admin/Finance Staff - Project Staff - Interns and Volunteers
