    Organizational structure: Triennial Conference: current officers and voting delegates from member societies elect incoming officers and specified committee chairmen; Board of Trustees responsible for management; Executive Committee administers the organisation's affairs and comprises World President, Deputy President, Secretary and Treasurer; six Specified Committees address Agriculture, Finance, Projects, Promotion & Publications, Triennial Conference and United Nations
    Number and type of members: at 30 September 2010 - 475 member societies and 1,333 individual members. Member Societies comprise women's organisations whose constitutions and methods of work are in harmony with the objectives, activities and policy of ACWW.
