    Organizational structure: KAGIDER's executive board consists of 9 full members. A supervisory board and a disciplinary board also exists within the organization. KAGIDER Women Development Center -Biz. (We), EU Brussels Office and the Secretary General are predicated on the executive board. KAGIDER's main concentrations are grouped under two pillars which are "entrepreneurship" and "advocacy" activities. Under entrepreneurship, there exists an advisory board, an action committee and 4 working groups which are "training/ seminars", "incubation", "membership" and "social activities". Second, under "advocacy", there are five working groups, which are "EU", "Communication", "Legal Affairs", "Fund / Resource Development" and "Membership".
    Number and type of members: KAGIDER has 177 members, all active in various sectors such as textiles, communication, public relations, tourism, mining, chemistry and health. The members consist of women entrepreneurs and partners/ owners of companies which employ 5-250 workers.
    Affiliation with NGO networks: KAGIDER is a member of European Women's Lobby, Balkan Regional Coalition of Women Business Associations, Association of Organizations of Mediterranean Businesswomen and World Association of Women Entrepreneurs.
