An Executive Committee that holds monthly meetings to go through strategy and operative topics. This committee is formed by seven persons: one council President, one Treasurer, one Secretary, and four Spokespersons.
Also, Cemefi holds a Board of Directors in charge of approving budgets, annual planning, and alliances with other actors. This board holds meetings every two months.
Finally, Cemefi has a General Assembly of Associates, which is formed by 39 associates and is in charge of ratifying the Board of Director's decisions. |

By 2025, Cemefi gathered 1,103 organizations affiliates, 250 members and 39 associates, including associations, foundations, businesses, companies, and people in general.
