    Organizational structure: L’Assemblée Générale ou Congrès. Organe suprême de l’association regroupant tous les membres. Elle est composée des membres fondateurs et adhérents, des représentants des groupements des paysans adhérents à ASODECOM et des membres d’honneurs ou sympathisants. L’Assemblée Générale ou Congrès se réunie en sessions ordinaires 2 fois par an. Le Conseil Général. Organe administratif qui représente l’association dans toute sa vie sociale et juridique. Elle est composée d’un Président en même temps représentant légal, un vice président en même temps représentant légal suppléant, d’un Secrétaire Général, un Secrétaire aux affaires financières et multilatérales et des Conseillers. Il se réuni en sessions ordinaires chaque trimestre et en cas de besoin. La Coordination Nationale. Organe exécutif de l’association. Elle regroupe les délégations régionales, provinciales et locales. La Coordination Nationale est supervisée par un Coordinateur, un Assistant chef du personnel, un Project Manager, un Secrétaire comptable, des Techniciens membres du staff et des volontaires.
