We are an Association incorporated under section 21. We are both a Public Benefit Organisation and a Non Profit Non-Governmental agency called Act of Grace 145. |

We have two religious leaders, two educationalists, two medical doctors, a director who works with the elderly persons and our inter-generational programmes and we have one of the country's leading Substance abuse, and Trauma and debriefing councellors. We have a retired Police Captain. Most of our Direcors are Woman and Black or persons of mixed heritage. |
