Mission statement:	The Organization was founded for the purpose of educating the general public on the efforts of the United Nations and its member countries in improving the ecological environment and human settlements in various parts of the world. At the same time, the Organization is aimed at informing and educating governmental, public and business leaders around the world on the need to promote the work of the United Nations in achieving the Millennium Development Goals and contributing to the articulation of post-2015 Sustainable Development Goals by the United Nations, including the building of sustainable human settlements, and the need to help the poorest to achieve a better quality of life.
