    Organizational structure: The Organizational Structure has three structures: - -General Assembly -Executive Members -Audit commission -Member -General Assemble is a gathering of all members and associate -The five executive committee will comprise, Chairperson, Deputy Chairperson, Secretary General (SG), Deputy SG and Treasurer, and two internal auditors will be assigned by General Assembly, detailed duty and responsibility will be stated in organizational bylaw The executive committee may take on the power and authority that it believes it needs to be able to achieve the objectives that are stated in point number 2 of this constitution. Its activities must abide by the law. -The organisation has the right to form sub-committees. The decisions that sub-committees take must be given to the executive management committee. The executive committee must decide whether to agree to them or not at its next meeting. This meeting should take place soon after the sub-committee’s meeting. By agreeing to decisions the management committee ratifies them.
    Number and type of members: Africa Speaks is open for membership a person wants to become a member of Africa Speaks, she or he will have to ask in written form or web based application, and the membership committee will revise the question of membership and respond within 10 working days the acceptance or decline. Currently Africa Speaks members are 63,466. -Membership Types 1-Indivisual Membership 2-Institutional Membership 3-Associate Membership 4- Observer Members Members of the organization must attend its annual general assembly. At the annual general meetings members exercise their right to determine the policy of the organization. Membership is open to any citizen or the world who support the basic principle and objective of the organization Members are required to contribute and support their time and financial assistance to the organization. Membership annual fee is 10 ZAR Provision membership termination will be stated in internal organizational bylaw.
