Mission statement:	AMA Peru surge en los años de la violencia politica que vivio el Peru, como respuesta organizativa de las mujeres lideres de comunidades campesinas, para defender nuestros derechos humanos,nos organizamos despues para fortalecernos unas a otras y prepararnos en diferentes campos que consideramos importantes como salud intercultural, produccion artesanal, desarrollo agricola y conservacion de suelos, derechos humanos. AMA esta integrada por mujeres indigenas de pueblos originarios, tiene una junta directiva elegida por un periodo de dos años.
