    Organizational structure: The Centre has a Governing Body, an Executive Council and an International Advisory Committee. The Governing Body consists of 24 Founder members. The Executive Council consists of 9 members including the President, the Director and the Member Secretary, all elected for 3 years by the Governing Body. The Governing Body meets twice a year and passes the budjet for the next year and approves the programmes for the current year. The International Advisory Committee consists of 20 outstanding experts on aging, all nominated by the Governing Body for 3 years.
