Mission statement:	HWPL is working through civil diplomacy through international cultural exchange and support to the developing countries in the hopes of achieving cessation of war and world peace through establishing mutual relationship among corresponding nations by educating the youth, empowering women and involving all sectors of society towards sustainable solutions to peace and development. Educational lectures for youth and women leadership and skill development, community events, multi-cultural performances, workshops, donation of resources (Supplies and Services) to underdeveloped nations and developing nations,and by promoting volunteerism and peace education
