    Organizational structure: The Company began operating in October, 2005. We were officially incorporated as a Florida non- profit organization on March 6, 2006. The company is to be a professionally managed organization to help secure financing for the purpose of leading humanity to prosperity as laid out in our mission statement. The structure of the organization follows the same as a regular for profit ‘C’ corporation with the exception of shareholders being the public at large. Because we are a public charity we must be fully transparent and responsible for all programs, events, and financial responsible as though each person we serve is our shareholder.
