The National Society is composed of the two provincial branches and the Red Cross organizations on the territory of cities and municipalities (hereinafter-local branches) The provincial organizations shall set rules under their Statutes that regulate the work of their organizations and mutual relationship within the provincial organization in keeping with the present Statutes. The constituents of the National Society referred to under paragraph 1 of the present article shall have the capacity of legal entities and shall be accountable with their own means for the obligations they have assumed. Higher constituents shall get involved in ensuring the organization and implementation of tasks, provision of space, human resources and other conditions for the work of their constituents. Higher constituents can allocate for that purpose special funds in keeping with the rules adopted by the governing board. |
