Organizational structure: |
Our Board of Directors does all of our outreach as well as the administrative work. This group includes: a Chairman and President, Treasurer, Secretary, and Assistant Secretary. All of these members serve as Directors. There are currently four Board members, and in the past there have been as many as seven. |

This is not a membership organization, nor is it an operating foundation. This is a charitable foundation that has funded foreign NGOs in China, Vietnam, Cambodia, Lao PDR, South Africa, Senegal, Zambia, El Salvador, and Nicaragua. It also works with U.S. NGOs mainly in the northeast of the United States. |
