GRS employs 74 full time staff members in the United States, United Kingdom, South Africa, Zambia, and Zimbabwe under the leadership of Co-Founder and CEO Dr. Tommy Clark. All four GRS co-founders are in senior management positions within the organization and are supported by local in-country staff as well as global staff specializing in the areas of operations, financial management, grant management, curriculum design, research and innovation, monitoring & evaluation, and business development. Grassroot Soccer’s Global Board of Directors are a diverse group who are leaders in their fields – finance, healthcare, advertising, advocacy – and who are financially and emotionally committed to Grassroot Soccer’s success. Board members get quarterly updates on Grassroot Soccer finances in total compared to budget, senior management and in-country management compare budget to actual on specific grants. |
