Organizational structure: |
The Governing Board consists of 9 members; 1 Chair, 1 Secretary/ Vice-Chair, 1 Treasurer and 5 members with 3 advisory seats.
The secretariat led by Chief Executive officer, Regional Director for Development Policy; Policy Analyst, advocacy and Awarenessr,Program Director: Partnerships, Resource Mobilization & Capacity Building,Program Manager; Entrepreneurship Development & Gender Adviser, Program Coordinators coordinating activities in the projects, Chief Finance Officer, Administration officer, ICT Officer , civic educators and other volunteers engaged and responsible for the implementation of programs including Health, Economic empowerment & Capacity Building, Environmental conservation and Climate Change, Water, Food security and Sanitation, Governance and Human rights and most focus on sustainable development goals addressing poverty ,diseases and environmental justice. |

Most of our staff are volunteers as we are yet to secure adequate support particularly financial .When we have active project we have increase our number . |
