As a registered society, Waste Warriors is overseen by an Executive Managing Committee (board) with 8 active committee members. These committee members are responsible for recruiting and appointing a Chief Executive Officer who executes the democratically agreed upon strategic goals of the organization as derived from the vision/mission statements. The CEO also oversees all key administrative departments of the organization, namely Finance (including Accounts), Human Resources (including personnel management), Communications, Fundraising & Partnerships, and manages the full-time staff, including the hired full-time senior management and their project implementation teams as well as hired waste workers for field operations. |
