The organizational structure of FEEDAR&HR MCUCOOP-BOD is based on Democratic principles. As owners of the business who are the 50 members,the members are the decision makers. Members control their cooperative through a Board of 10 Directors that they elect from among themselves and the Head of the Board of Directors is the president of the Cooperative. |
