The General Assembly is the highest organ of decision of the Association, It is integrated by all the active members and the presence of the fraternal members, which will meet every two years in an ordinary form and in an extraordinary formby convocation of the Board of Directors.
The members of the Board of Directors will abide the decisions emanating from the General Assembly and is the executing body of the General Assembly, the Board of Directors will exercise its functions for two years, and may be re-elected for one more period in the same position.
