Mission statement:	Community Action for Food Security (CAFS AFRICA) is a non-profit organization committed to small-scale farmers, especially women and youths, building resilient food systems, increasing access to safe and nutritious foods, protecting the environment, and promoting sustainable development. We work with all stakeholders in the agriculture and environment space including small-scale farmers, researchers, private sector actors, and governments. We achieve our goals through mechanisms such as policy influencing, livelihood support, and community participation. VISION: CAFS is driven by a vision of a Nigeria without hunger, and malnutrition, in which all people have access to sustainably produced healthy foods in a safe environment. MISSION: To enhance food and nutrition security by engaging small-scale farmers, women, and youths with practical approach to agricultural production, processing, value addition, and climate change adaptation.
