Supporting the United Nations' efforts to serve as the multi-stakeholder platform to undertake the broad-based consultations required, the Forum was scheduled the day immediately following the official thematic debate on "United Nations and Global Economic Governance"(April 15) hosted by the President of the General Assembly.
