Mission: We strive to empower the vulnerable and disenfranchised women in rural areas of Pakistan by building feminist leadership, advances for women’s human rights, advocate and mobilize for gender equality and social justice. Theory of Change “The Awakening” believes that women and girls can make their own decision, exert control over their bodies and demand their rights by building their capacity in self-confidence, leadership and knowledge of women and girls about their rights and creating feminist platforms to challenge oppressive norms and power structures. |
