Purpose of the organization: Defend the rights of the creators of Cinema and Audiovisual creations, that belong to Nationalities and Indigenous Peoples, Montubios, Afro-Ecuadorians and Abya Yala. Promote audiovisual production and diffusion, generated by the Nationalities and Peoples themselves in their own languages, sociocultural values that strengthen their cosmo-existence. And promote training and ongoing training in film and audiovisual production of its members and society in general.
Confirmation of the activities of the organization at the regional, national or international level: The General Assembly is the highest organ of decision of the Association, It is integrated by all the active members and the presence of the fraternal members, which will meet every two years in an ordinary form and in an extraordinary formby convocation of the Board of Directors. The members of the Board of Directors will abide the decisions emanating from the General Assembly and is the executing body of the General Assembly, the Board of Directors will exercise its functions for two years, and may be re-elected for one more period in the same position. the board of directors is integrated by: Counselor of administration and financial management, counselor of management and political incidence, Counselor of audiovisual and cinematographic promotion. The legal representation will be assumed by the counselor of Management and Political Advocacy
