Organizational structure: |
Day-to-day management is by the Executive Council which implements the decisions of the Executive Committee. Trustees are the governing body responsible for policy decisions that are passed to the management committee which consists of: Administration, Fundraising, Projects and Systems. Management committee implements programmes through Operations department headed by project manager. Operations personnel based in UK and overseas are responsible for Monitoring and Evaluation. Progress reports are prepared by Operations team and presented to Board of Trustees. Trustees have powers vested in them by UK Charity Commission and are legally responsible for all activities of the organisation. |
