African Centre for Advocacy and Human Development (ACAHD) is a non profit organisation founded in 2002 but formally registered with Corporate Affairs Commission under the Law of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in 2007. The organisation is regulated by the constitution of the organisation and has 5 Board of Trustees which is the supreme organ as well as the Executive Committee which is responsible for managing the association throughout the year. The Executive Committee comprises of the Executive President, a Secretary and Treasurer. The organisation organs also include Auditor (Cletus Nwachukwu & Co) who is responsible for checking the accounts and must report to the Board of Trustees. |
