Mission statement:	Even now, Many under developed countries in the world face to various problems, of which is unacceptable from humanitarian grounds such as poverty, inferior environmental hygienic and every disease like HIV patients, etc. Those should not be the problem that is excused with closed -eye. However, JACE NGOs has no objection to make contribute under further systematic body. That is, Systematic Body, of which educate & train the real volunteer activity mind regardless personal or not, should be useful and realistic way. As this realistic way, NGO EDUCATION TRAINING CENTER in Cambodia is being planned by us. Needless to say, it is main object to decrease every problems mentioned above issue. For this purpose, NGO EDUCATION TRAINING CENTER is being progressed with actual training course & curriculum under worldwide volunteer professor & qualified retired volunteer people's cooperation. In addition, Japan & Cambodia Government has no objection to progress this NGO EDUCATION TRAINING CENTER. This systematic body (Ngo Education training center), that Masahiro Sakata is the chairman, is set up in Phnom Penh. All of nation people can entry. That is, nationality is not concern. For the reference, our major activity was to support for school establishment for the children who can't study because of being in Poverty. For the reference, We established Three(3) school up to date. Total 70 numbers Teacher & 40 Officer contribute the fruitful education for poverty family every day. Total graduate is already over 10,000 students now. The graduate is no doubt to make sure to outdo from poverty. Secondary, our activity was to support a great number of illness such as HIV, Polyposis, Dengue Fever & malaria. In Cambodia, about 300,000 were dying from such illness. We supplied a lot of Vaccination, modern medicine as well as medical treatment support. Especially, For HIV patience & Family, we collaborate with MONK NGO in order to visit HIVs carrier family in Cambodia and Bangladesh. Last Dec.2012, we established JACE BANK under Cambodia Government cooperation to support with micro credit system for HIV victim & family in Phnom Penh. Following are our supported amount for those countries. Said JACE NGOs Education Training Center Body is scale up organization for our existing NGO activity mentioned above.
