A Casa Real de Portugal institui uma nova Academia Internacional denominada "Academia Diplomática Fundação do Direito Internacional ‘Casa Real de Portugal’ ", de maneira a permitir um maior aprofundamento do estudo diplomático do direito consular, uma das maiores disciplinas além da legal, da política, da económica e das ciências sociais da comunidade internacional que, constitui a convicção essencial para prosseguir com toda e qualquer acção no seio da mesma Comunidade . COMISSÃO PARA OS DIREITOS HUMANOS 1. Trabalha para a protecção e expansão espiritual, cultural, biológica e moral do ser humano, executa e defende a dignidade do ser humano e deste modo, luta contra toda e qualquer violação dos direitos humanos e das liberdades fundamentais; 2. Proclama o facto de a justiça social ser uma necessidade, mas realmente é uma obrigação que ninguém pode evadir, esta justiça social deve ser aplicada com dignidade, equidade, e com os relativos sacrifícios pessoais, ás vezes também honorável, prevalecendo a superioridade que tortura o espírito, o mal e o bem. 3. Nomeia os Altos Comissários Internacionais, com o objectivo de prevenir e eliminar qualquer tipo de forma ilegítima constitucional que se poderá verificar em Nações com regimes democráticos pseudónimos e com tiranias ditatoriais absolutas; 4. Denuncia, às Nações Unidas, quais os estados que activam políticas de tortura e realizam detenções violentas, assim como "farsas legais" completadas por sentenças de morte; 5. Rejeita e condena qualquer tipo de guerra ou de guerrilha urbana; 6. Tenciona criar uma fundação internacional para assistir todos aqueles que são perseguidos, assassinados, ou inválidos devido às torturas. CLUBE DA PAZ 1. Os participantes são embaixadores, homens da política, da cultura, das artes, da economia, etc. O objectivo é a promoção da compreensão e da paz a nível internacional e o desenvolvimento da amizade entre os membros, de modo a tornarem-se promotores da paz, a serviço das comunidades que estão a representar; 2. Uma paz duradoura deverá ser alcançada, por unanimidade das populações civis e democráticas, dando desta maneira uma segurança aos Estados; 3. Uma diplomacia para a extensão pacífica, deveria ser incentivada por todas as Nações, qualquer que seja a ideologia política destas e mantendo sempre o direito à independência e não interferindo com os negócios internos e políticos dos Governos: 4. A Casa Real condena as perseguições políticas, raciais e religiosas.
