Mission statement:	The Ministry of Hope International, founded in August 20, 1996, is an association of a civilian nature, of an educational, cultural, and scientific assistance, is indefinite, non-profit organization with headquarters in the city of Macae, Rio January. § ONLY - Reger will be by this bylaws and the relevant legislation. The Ministry of Hope International, now in status "MIESPERANZA", aims to: (a) promote, build, install and maintain educational projects (kindergarten, primary, secondary, technical, higher, vocational education, to advanced, and specialized courses FREE), under the law; (b) provide, install and maintain educational and cultural societies, since they are directly subordinate to the MIESPERANZA and are governed by this statute. (c) Create and maintain other activities of a cultural, educational, health care, psycho-analytical, theological and exchanges in order to raise the standard of the general population; (d) Edit a magazine, newspaper, newsletters and other publications to stimulate scientific and technological character. (e) Encourage the development of psychoanalysis in Brazil, according to the standards and purposes of the Psychoanalytic Society MIESPERANZA International Psychoanalytic and other entities, provided they are consistent with this MIESPERANZA Psychoanalytic Society. (f) Encourage the dissemination of psychoanalytic thought, through the Advanced Institute of Psychoanalysis MIESPERANZA, and other entities duly recognized. (g) Provide psychoanalytic treatment in schools, companies, as well as offices for this purpose.

Organizational structure:	The MIESPERANZA will be conducted by the following agencies: BOARD (International and National) and the Advisory Board. The Administration shall be exercised by a board elected from among the members, who will perform the activities related to their respective positions, whose duties included the Bylaws. § 1st - The International Board of Directors, composed of a Chairman and Vice-President, shall hold office indefinitely. § 2nd - The National Board, composed of a President, a Vice-President, a Secretary and a Treasurer for a term of 3 (three) years, which may be renewed as well to the MIESPERANZA. § 3 - The MIESPERANZA does not pay its board and also does not distribute income, profit participation or benefit on its board and members of various councils and, also, no part of its assets. § 4 - Board members must be over 18 (eighteen) years of age. § 5 - In the vacancy of the office, the Assembly will elect a new member for the job immediately.
