    Organizational structure: The MIESPERANZA will be conducted by the following agencies: BOARD (International and National) and the Advisory Board. The Administration shall be exercised by a board elected from among the members, who will perform the activities related to their respective positions, whose duties included the Bylaws. § 1st - The International Board of Directors, composed of a Chairman and Vice-President, shall hold office indefinitely. § 2nd - The National Board, composed of a President, a Vice-President, a Secretary and a Treasurer for a term of 3 (three) years, which may be renewed as well to the MIESPERANZA. § 3 - The MIESPERANZA does not pay its board and also does not distribute income, profit participation or benefit on its board and members of various councils and, also, no part of its assets. § 4 - Board members must be over 18 (eighteen) years of age. § 5 - In the vacancy of the office, the Assembly will elect a new member for the job immediately.
