REEEP is a legal entity registered in Austria with the status of an international NGO. REEEP’s ‘constitution’ is based on statutes and additional documents which were approved at the First Meeting of Partners on 1 June 2004 in Bonn, and which are revised from time to time through Governing Board decisions.
REEEP's governance structure
REEEP has a robust and transparent governance structure comprised of three acting bodies: the Governing Board, the Programme Board and the Finance Committee. At the original meeting in Bonn, the core delivery structure including a network of Regional Secretariats and the International Secretariat was agreed. The diagramme below shows the resulting current structure, including Regional Steering Committees added in 2005/6. |
